     NutriGenie WEIGHT SHEDDERS for Windows - version 4.6

     INSTALLATION

     Insert the NutriGenie diskette into drive A: or B:.
     From the Windows File Manager, run the 'setup.exe' program on the
     diskette.
     Setup will copy all needed files to a directory on your hard drive
     and create a Program Manager's group for this application.

     Please take some time to browse through the online help file, you will
     save a lot of time and discover many interesting utilities.
     To obtain a hard copy of any topics in the help file, please select the
     'Print topic' command from the 'File' pull-down menu while running the
     help file.


     RUNNING THE PROGRAM

     Double click on the NutriGenie program icon in the NutriGenie
     Applications Group.

     Registered users receive an upgraded diskette of
             NutriGenie Weight Shedders for Windows
     which contains an expanded database containing approximately
     8,000 food items and this registered version has no preset limit on
     the size of user food database. The Omega-3 Counter program is
     included on the same diskette.

     Because of frequent updates, our software provides only online
     documentation via the help file. You can use F1 to obtain help at any
     screen or dialog box and print the desired help topic.

     In addition, registered users can obtain free technical support via
     America Online, Internet or CompuServe.
